Michael Chiang: Your tone and pace was perfect, I could hear and understand you clearly. Your transitions were smooth with great eye contact. You seemed like you researched a lot about your topic, of how he was invited to give the speech, as well as other genocides that were happening in the world.
Alex: I really enjoyed your speech. Its really obvious that you're interested and understand the subject matter. You did a really good job of setting up the speech by providing elie wiesel's background information. I look forward to hearing your next one!
Derek: Great topic choice. You had great voice projection and started out maybe a little too fast, but you settled in quickly too a good pace. You clearly knew your info, and i liked your ending, setting up for the next speech, Nice Job
Carolyn: You had a nice introduction that caught my attention. Your volume was very good and you seemed very confident and knowledgeable about your topic. I thought you may have gone a little too much into the content, but I'm sure you have a lot left to talk about for next time. You also had a good conclusion. Well done!
Joe DeArmitt: Great job on your speech you seemed very interested in it and it made everyone else want to listen. In the begining of your speech you moved back and forth a lot but then you stood still and did a good job.
Sarah Dunning: Good opening, great eye contact! YOu provided a good background for those of us who are unfamiliar with the book. You seem very comfortable in front of a crowd! YOu had good transitions, your speech seemed clearly laid out and each point was elaborated on very well. Great eye contact, good citations, awesome conclusion!!
Liz Peters: I loved your speech topic! I remember reading Night in high school and it is a great book so I was interested in your speech the entire time. The quote you used from the author was a good fit for the speech, and you had good constraints. You also had good eye contact and a clear speaking voice. Watch you stance while speaking, as Joe said you were moving back and forth a little in the beginning, but that was probably because you were nervous like everyone else. I'm interested too see what you have to say in your next speech!
